✅ Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may incur a deduction in value.

🔄 Size Exchange Policy

• If the size does not fit, customers can request an exchange.
• Customers must contact us first before sending the item back.
• The item must be shipped back to our Portugal return address.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Once received, we will dispatch the replacement size to the customer.

❌ Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges in all cases (including exchanges).
• Pridex Style does not cover return shipping costs.

⚠️ Condition of Returned Items

• If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
• We will review the issue and do our best to provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund if applicable.
